Damron Dennis worked at the North Texas State University (NTSU, currently the University of North Texas) Library from at least 1971 to 1983 as a librarian in various areas, including Research, Interlibrary Loan, and Government Documents. The collection contains minutes and memos from her committee work, in addition to memos and library forms dealing with her administrative work.

This collection documents the activities of Dr. David A. Webb, the former Director of Libraries and of the Department of Library Service at North Texas State University (now the University of North Texas).

Louise Evans worked at the library at the University of North Texas under its various names, including North Texas State College and North Texas State University, from 1939 until her retirement in 1981. Her papers in this collection primarily cover the years from 1967 to 1981, when she was the librarian in charge of the Acquistions Department.

The Margaret Galloway Records consists primarily of records of the North Texas State University Library Director's office from 1980 to 1988, but may contain some records from the 1970s, including material from the previous directors of the library, David Webb and Edward Johnson. Mrs. Galloway served as Assistant Director under Edward Johnson, and Interim Director from 1987 to 1988 until Donald Grose took over in 1988.

This collection contains materials from North Texas State University (NTSU) alumna and librarian Melody Specht Kelly circa 1974 to 2009.
